1. Eligibility
Open to guests age 21 or older who visit Treasures Gentlemen’s Club (“Treasures”) during the promotional period. Employees, contractors, entertainers, and their immediate family members are not eligible.
2. How to Enter
No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning.
- Free Entry: Guests may sign up once per person at the front desk during normal business hours by completing a registration form.
- Bonus Entries: For every $300 spent on Treasures products (bar, bottle service, kitchen, or hookah purchases only), guests receive one bonus entry.
- Excluded spending: Dances, entertainer payments, gratuities, and any fees paid directly to independent contractors.
- All entries—free and bonus—are combined into the same drawing pool.
3. Promotional Period
Entries are accepted from October 20, 2025 through December 1, 2025. The Grand Prize drawing will take place on December 1, 2025 at Treasures Houston, 2800 Westheimer Rd, Houston, TX 77098. Guests must be present to win.
4. Prize
One (1) Grand Prize: $2,000 cash. No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent is permitted except by Treasures, which reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
5. Winner Selection & Notification
The winner will be selected in a random drawing under the supervision of Treasures management. The potential winner must be present at the time of drawing and may be required to show valid photo ID and sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release. If the selected winner cannot be verified, another name will be drawn.
6. Odds of Winning
Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Purchases may increase the number of entries but do not guarantee a win.
7. Publicity Release
By accepting the prize, the winner grants Treasures permission to use their name, image, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, where permitted by law.
8. General Conditions
Treasures reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion if fraud, technical issues, or other causes compromise its integrity. All federal, state, and local laws apply. Void where prohibited.
